Hi all. Dependent visas and 90 day report advice please. My 2 year old grandson is flying back to the U.K. on Sunday and we have just realised that his 90 day report is over due by 3 days. His parents have both left the country and returned 'work related', within the 90 days which automatically renewed their reporting time. Will the 90 day overstay fine be enforced on departure. If so what will the fine be. Thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user seeks advice regarding the implications of an overdue 90-day report for their 2-year-old grandson, which is 3 days overdue. The grandson's parents, who hold dependent visas, have recently returned to Thailand within the 90-day reporting period, which renewed their reporting requirement. The user is inquiring whether a fine for the overstay will be enforced when their grandson departs the country and what the potential fine might be.
