I just changed my 9yo daughter visa to a ED visa March 26th. But didn't know about 90 days report. So obviously she's late now. Can we do the 90 days online? Or have to go to Chang wattana? There is any fine for late 90days for kids?
Thank you so much for your help.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user changed their daughter's visa to an ED visa but is unsure about the 90-day report requirements, specifically whether it can be done online or if a visit to Chang Wattana is necessary, along with potential fines for being late. A comment informs them that the first report must be done in person but clarifies that the fine for late submissions has been waived.
90 DAY REPORTING RESOURCES / SERVICES
Use the trusted Thailand 90 Day Reporting Service to get your in-person report done and mailed to you for as low as 375 THB (even if the online system doesn't work for you).
For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.
For the first 90 day report, you have to do it in person. There usually is a fine for doing 90 day repots late, however that fine has been waived. Go to your immigration office Wednesday, and submit the 90 day report.

Well noted and thank you very much for the kind explanation!
To file a 90 day report, the information, such as the passport number, needs to be put in the system. To do this, the person must physically go to the local immigration office for the immigration office to key this information in the system.
