Can I do my child's 90-day report at immigration without him being present?

Apologies if this has been asked before (I did a search and can't find the info). My 10 year old is on an ED Visa and his 90 day report is coming up. My question is - can I go into immigration and do it for him while he's at school or must he be present? South African passport going to CNX immigration.... TIA

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user inquires about the process of completing a 90-day visa report for their 10-year-old child, who is on an ED Visa. They want to know if they can handle the reporting process at the immigration office while the child is at school or if the child must be physically present for the report.
