Hi there. Are children fined for late 90 day reports and do I need to do TM30 for them before the reports can be done? I assume they need to be done at CW where their visas were processed as it’s the first time. Also are there costs for both of the above? Many thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
In Thailand, children under 15 years of age are not fined for late 90-day reports. The TM30 report does need to include children, and they are listed on the TM30 schedule. While first-time 90-day reports may be processed at the immigration office where the visas were originally issued, reporting can also be done through various other options such as mail, websites, or mobile apps. There are no costs mentioned for these processes.

We've never done a 90-day report for our kid, however he is listed on our TM30 schedule. His Extension has processed every year without issue.

I can only speak for my own case, but no they have never queried it or told me he needs to do it (he's 5 now, but has had an annual Extension since he was 1).

All TM30 reporting is done at the Muang Thong Thani office or by mail, website or mobile phone app.

Children until 15 years of age will not get a financial fine.

No charges for the reports, yes if you like to report they are 90 days inside the country and living on an address, there must be an address in the system

thank you. Does this need to be done before their 90 day reports and are there any charges for the reports and TM30. Many thanks
