Hi all, we are going tomorrow to the Visa extension office in Lak Si to extend our 45 day visa exemption. We have three small children and we are planning on leaving them with our babysitter, but I wondered whether the office needs to see them in person, or whether it is enough that my husband and I go? Anyone with any similar experience please let me know. Thanks!
TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster is inquiring whether they need to bring their three small children to the Visa extension office when seeking to extend their 45-day visa exemption. According to community responses, children under 15 do not need to be present for the extension process as they cannot be fined or banned for overstaying. However, if the parents wish to extend the children's visas, the children must attend in person to complete the necessary forms and provide photos. Overall, it is possible to leave the children with a babysitter.
