Sawadee khap. may i double check on this. i have extension of stay base on work and my wife have dependent visa base on my extension. we have 2 child in Myanmar and they are 13 and 7. i m planning to bring them during this summer holiday for about 45 days to stay with us here in Thailand, being myanmar passport holder my child would get 14 days visa exemption to Thailand, since kids under 15 or 18 didn't get fine for overstay, would they be ok to stay 45 days from the 14 days visa exemption, i would go and bring them with me and send back by myself too. thanks.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user wants to know if their children, who are Myanmar passport holders and eligible for a 14-day visa exemption, can stay in Thailand for 45 days without penalties for overstaying. The community member suggests that since children under 15 cannot be fined for overstaying, they should be fine, or alternatively, recommends obtaining single-entry tourist visas that allow a 60-day stay.

They would be fine seeing as children under 15 can't be fined for overstay and children under 18 can't be banned

OR

you could get the both single entry tourist visas from the thai consulate in Yangon before you bring them here and they'd get stamped in for 60 days when they land.
