We are a family of three. Do we all have to be present at immigration for an extension or can I go alone with everyone's documents?

Yes. My 2 year-old even had to be there. Having a crying baby can help you get served quickly though 😉

Application for Extension of Stay has to be done in person, this means you all have to be there. if you apply for all three at the same time.
