Can I apply for a Non-O visa in Thailand while on a tourist visa if my wife has a work permit and Non-B?

I am munir ahmed from Pakistan.

I have tourist visa until 10th February

My wife is a teacher. she is also a pakistani.

She has work permit and Non-B

Can I apply Non-O in thailand or I have to go in home country (Pakistan)?

You should be able to go to the immigration office with documentation from where your wife works stating it's okay that you 'piggy back' onto your wife's Non-B extension, the marriage documents (translated into thai and certified by the MFA), and apply for a 90 day Non-O visa based on being married to another foreigner who legally works here.

I would say that you and your wife should go out to the immigration office you use and ask the officers about it
