TLDR : Answer Summary
Munir Ahmed from Pakistan is inquiring whether he can apply for a Non-O visa in Thailand while his tourist visa is valid until February 10th. He mentions that his wife, also Pakistani, has a work permit and a Non-B visa. Responses suggest that he may be able to apply for the Non-O visa at the immigration office with the appropriate documentation, including marriage certificates and proof of his wife's employment.

You should be able to go to the immigration office with documentation from where your wife works stating it's okay that you 'piggy back' onto your wife's Non-B extension, the marriage documents (translated into thai and certified by the MFA), and apply for a 90 day Non-O visa based on being married to another foreigner who legally works here.
I would say that you and your wife should go out to the immigration office you use and ask the officers about it
