Hello,
Myself and my daughter (13) are currently on 30 tourist visa (from Australia). I have been offered a job here in Thailand so I need to change to non b with work permit (company is helping with that).
But im a little bit confused with what visa my daughter will need to get in order to stay here with me?
Can anyone shine some light on this for me? What visa/ what do I need to provide for said visa.
Thanks
TLDR : Answer Summary
The poster is currently in Thailand on a 30-day tourist visa with their 13-year-old daughter and has been offered a job, needing to switch to a Non-B visa with a work permit. They seek clarification on what type of visa their daughter would require to remain in Thailand with them. A commenter advises that the daughter can apply for a Non-O 'dependent' visa once the parent receives the Non-B, that aligns with the parent's visa dates. Alternatively, if the daughter attends an international school, an education visa could also be an option. It is noted that both visas may need to be applied for outside of Thailand, except for the education visa which can be obtained without traveling.
