What is the process for a foreigner married to another foreigner to bring dependents to Thailand on a Non-B visa?

Spouse and children can apply for Non-O dependent visa with the main person's Non-B application if his employer agrees and provides all necessary papers. His employer should know what they need to provide to applicants.

Is the spouse and children entering Thailand on a Non-O or ED visa (assuming the children are attending school)

The question asked in Thai visa advice was about a dependent visa for a spouse and children of a Brazillian national. Totally different. Also feel that if you don't feel to answer you could let a member answer. Most people are happy to help..like ME.
