Dependent visa for a foreigner married to a foreigner: seeking advice for a friend: A Brazillian/French national married to a Corsican coming to Thailand on non b for work would like to bring his wife and 2 small children as dependants. Would be grateful to know the process. Is this a non 0 the person needs? What is expected from the employer? Many thanks in advance.

TLDR : Answer Summary
A Brazilian/French national married to a Corsican, who will be coming to Thailand on a Non-B visa for work, is seeking information on the process of bringing his wife and two small children as dependents. The spouse can apply for a Non-O dependent visa simultaneously with the main applicant's Non-B application, provided the employer agrees and supplies the necessary documentation. Clarity is needed regarding the specific types of visas the family will be entering Thailand on.

Spouse and children can apply for Non-O dependent visa with the main person's Non-B application if his employer agrees and provides all necessary papers. His employer should know what they need to provide to applicants.

Is the spouse and children entering Thailand on a Non-O or ED visa (assuming the children are attending school)

At request of OP...

I have reopened for comment.

She is unhappy with me...so be it.

"James Miller my question here was about arriving on a TR and converting to non b. It was for an Indian national. The question asked in Thai visa advice was about a dependent visa for a spouse and children of a Brazillian national. Totally different. Also feel that if you don't feel to answer you could let a member answer. Most people are happy to help..like ME. Last year you asked suspiciously if I were an agent just because I am assisting others. Please refrain from assumptions. Thanks."

You asked this same question on a stranded expats forum...as you are an employer/agent seeking to facilitate the hire of employees..

Hi. I now understand that the spouse can apply for dependent O visas at the same time as applying for non b..
