Hello, I am sorry if this question is being asked before.
I am currently living in Thailand. I have an extension of stay based on marriage (Non-O).
I just got a job offer (Business-related position) and my employer is applying for a working permit.
Since I didnโt enter Thailand with a non-B visa, is this possible to apply within Thailand?
What is the process here?
Do I still get to keep my non-O and a non-B?
Thank you very much!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is currently in Thailand on a Non-O visa due to marriage and is considering taking a job offer that requires a work permit. They want to know if it's possible to apply for a work permit while still holding their Non-O visa and whether they can also obtain a Non-B visa, given that they did not enter Thailand on a Non-B visa.
NON-O RETIREMENT VISA RESOURCES / SERVICES
Go to the Retirement Visa Section for information on requirements, including age restrictions, financial requirements, and necessary documentation.
For immediate assistance, contact Thai Visa Centre directly via LINE at @ThaiVisaCentre or Email them.

As people said you don't NEED to change to a Non-B visa at all. If as your posts reflect you're married to a thai national and on a year extension based on that you can legally hold a work permit without any issues.
Now maybe your potential employer doesn't know that but you can.

ORIGINAL POSTER
Im not sure about my employer. They are processing my working permit now. I am just asking for my knowledge. Thank you very much for clarifying this ๐
If that's the case, you can get a work permit on this extension of stay. My advice is to stay on your one year extension of stay based on marriage to a Thai national, and work for your employer.
