Can my sister still apply for a Covid visa extension on her tourist visa in Thailand?

ORIGINAL POSTERI have been In Thailand since September last year and have been on covid extensions. My sister has been here in a multiple entry tourist visa for 60 days. Are we both still able to go and get our covid visa extension? Her visa will end on the 17th, is she still able to go on the 17th and get it extended. We had planned to go to Vietnam but we have had a death in the family and would like to stay in Thailand if possible. Thanks in advance.
