Hi, I just got my 30 day extension on my TV and I have seen on here that the Covid extension can be applied for up until July. 

Can I go again now to get this further 60 day extension or do I have to wait as my exit date is now August 4th?

MOST immigration offices will let you apply for extension when you have 30 days left on your existing stamp. But just know that most offices will start the first covid extension from the time that you apply, so you will lose any days you have left on that stamp. You only lose days if you apply early. But the reason most people want to apply early now is because the program ends soon and no one knows if it will be renewed. So you either wait and take a chance to try and maximize the days, or do the safe thing and apply early.

July 29th is the last day to apply. It will probably be extended for 2 more months but they don't announce if it will be extended until the last day sometimes.

they usually tell you to come back within 15 days of your current extension expiring and because you're changing the reasons for your extension (from tourism) to one based on covid there is a good chance they will start the covid extension the day you apply for it <- meaning you will lose all the day you have left on your current stamp if you go too early.

I'd go toward the end of July (but before the 29th obviously)
