Tomorrow 21 July is the last day for my sist covid 19 extension visa. She is positive COVID-19 now. What can she do?

Sh needs an extension of stay. She can get an extension of stay based on medical reasons, which are sold in 30, 60, or 90 day increments. It will cost her 1,900 THB, and she will need a doctor's note. Garrett ***********
