TLDR : Answer Summary
A user is seeking advice for their sister whose COVID-19 extension visa expires tomorrow while she is currently positive for COVID-19. The responses suggest that if she is in quarantine, there isn't much she can do regarding her visa. It is recommended to contact hospital administration for assistance, to apply for an extension based on medical treatment, and to consider taking her passport and medical certificate to immigration for further guidance.

Take her passport and medical certificate go to immigration and see what they suggest.

This means the last day she can apply for an extension of stay based on unable to travel due to COVID-19 is 27 September 2021. She must still get a new extension of stay on July 21, 2021.

If she's positive then she's in quarantine, so nothing.

Sh needs an extension of stay. She can get an extension of stay based on medical reasons, which are sold in 30, 60, or 90 day increments. It will cost her 1,900 THB, and she will need a doctor's note.

I know, but if she's taken a covid test and tested positive, she's already in quarantine and can't do anything.
