I have a 1 year Non-O visa where I'm currently under the 30 days consideration stamp after applying for another year extension.
I bought a re-entry permit and am now in my home country. My consideration stamp finishes on October 11th. This is a Saturday and I believe is a holiday on Monday and from what I understand I must go in on the next day they are open which would be October 14th, Tuesday to receive another 11 month stamp.
Because I can't get my extension/stamp until the 14th October anyways, could I fly back to Thailand from my home country on the 12th or the 13th while not invalidating my current visa?
Finally I have gotten a new passport as I ran out of pages, if that helps or doesn't with my case.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The original poster (O/P) has a 1-year Non-O visa but is currently on a 30-day consideration stamp and purchased a re-entry permit. They are in their home country and wonder if they can return to Thailand on October 12th or 13th without invalidating their visa, given that their consideration stamp ends on October 11th. Commenters clarify that the O/P should check the expiration date of the re-entry permit, as they must return to Thailand before October 11th to maintain their visa status. They also mention that the new passport shouldn't affect the entry process other than being stamped in upon arrival.

said, you cannot enter Thailand after October 11th.
Suggest you fly back to Thailand before that date and visit your Thai Immigration office to obtain the One year extension during the week before October 11th.

You're confusing a couple things..
First you don't have a one year anything, you are on a 30 day under consideration stamp it would appear ๐
What lets you get back into the country is the re-entry permit expiration date
SO how about you look at the re-entry permit stamp and see what the valid until date is?
you have to enter ON or before that date to get stamped in and you will only get stamped in until your current stamp (the under consideration stamp) is valid for
SO you can't enter AFTER that date. It's not relevant at all when you can show up at the immigration office to get the new year extension stamp inked in. That has no bearing on you comin' back IN to the country before your current stamp/re-entry permit runs out
And the fact you got a new passport has nothing to do with it, other than they'll stamp you in on the new passport and you'll get all the stamps moved when you show up at the immigration office on Tuesday the 15th of Oct.
