TLDR : Answer Summary
Yes, it is still possible to obtain the 60-day extension for a 30-day exempt stamp in Thailand, but applicants must first process a 30-day extension and provide legitimate proof of being unable to return home due to COVID-19. The extension has reportedly been available until March 25, 2022.

Just read it has been extended till 25th march.

Apparently in Pattaya you have to show them legitimate proof!
