TLDR : Answer Summary
The COVID extension is still an option in Phuket until March 25th for those on visa exempt or tourist visas who have already taken a 30-day extension. However, those holding a non-immigrant visa are not eligible. Expect to be questioned about your reasons for staying.

Yes, untill 25th March unless you've held a non imm visa.

If you've only ever been on visa exempt or tourist visa, and already taken your 30 day extension, you can apply for the Covid extension until March 25th. Expect to answer questions about why you can't leave, and have a plan B if you're denied.
