Would anyone know if the extra 60 COVID Extension is applicable to those on Visa Exemption (45 days + 30 day extension)? I am struggling to find any info on that.

TLDR : Answer Summary
The consensus among commenters is that the extra 60-day COVID extension is indeed applicable to individuals on a Visa Exemption, including those who initially receive a 45-day stay plus a 30-day extension. However, it appears that one is generally advised to apply for the regular 30-day extension before pursuing the COVID extension.

Yes. Most offices will ask you to get the regular 30 day extension first.
