Hi admin. Need your suggestion.

I lost my job because of covid. My company already cancelled visa and work permit 30 September. Passport has permitted to stay til 6 October. Unfortunately I am unable to travel since I had a CS operation (gave birth) last 21 Sept. question:

1. Can i request extension at samutprakan immig? Since my area is under samutprakan jurisdicton.

2. I have the medical cert issued by my OB and specify for 90days extension, do I need to request for a letter from Embassy?

3. Can my spouse (who is also on non-o visa under me) request for same 90 days extension as mine, considering that we need him to stay as well bec of my current situation.

Thank you and more power. ๐Ÿ˜Š

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking advice on requesting a visa extension in Samut Prakan due to a recent job loss and medical circumstances following childbirth. They inquire about the procedure for extension applications, the necessity of documentation from the embassy, and whether their spouse can also apply for a similar extension. A community comment suggests visiting the local immigration office with the necessary paperwork.

All you can do is go over to the Samut Prakan Immigration office with your husband and baby and apply for the medical extension. The letter would need to mention your husband too as your care giver.

But again the people you need to be asking are the immigration officers in your area..
