I just did my extension based on marriage. It is under consideration. They gave me a date to come back for the final stamp . Problem is I will be in a different Province until 4 days after the date . Has anyone had any experience with this type of issue ?

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is facing a dilemma regarding their marriage visa extension process in Thailand, as they have a scheduled date for finalization but will be in another province until four days after that date. Responses highlight the unpredictability of different immigration office policies and emphasize the importance of consulting directly with the immigration office to explore options for rescheduling or potential consequences of being late.

Hello I would like to ask something about marriage visa or Non-O. I just got married last month and he’s going to study in Thailand next month with Student visa… so can I also apply Non-O to stay with him? If anyone has any idea how I can stay except with TR?

. You can get an "accompany spouse " O visa. But he needs to obtain his ED visa first and you will need paperwork from his school to get yours.

Wouldn't worry too much about it.

You also need to look out for them wanting to do a home visit. Speak to them

The date on the consideration slip is basically a temporary extension. If you do not return on that date you'll be on overstay. You definitely should have talked to them when you were applying, but now you need to go back and see if there is anything they can do. Sometimes they can move the date up a few days or sometimes back a few days. Sometimes they will say "change your plans and return on the date if you want to stay in Thailand"

I did and she said she couldnt change it, but said if I was late I would just need to explain why I was late

You’ll have to go ask them. Some offices may be flexible others may not.
