Can I obtain a DTV visa from a Thai Embassy outside my home country, like in Kuala Lumpur or Hanoi?
Would like to ask about the DTV visa: Can it be obtained at another Embassy outside the county, such as KL or Hanoi? So not in the home county. Sorry if this has been asked before
