I'm applying for my 90 day visa online. As of right now, I haven't yet made my final date to travel. What can I do? I don't have a hotel booked yet either. Am I stuck until I have the exact date? It will be based on when I sell my home, so I don't know yet. Also, it asks for last port of embarktion. Do I use my home airport of the conecting airpot just before arrival?

TLDR : Answer Summary
When applying for a 90-day visa to Thailand online, you're not required to have a fixed travel date or a hotel booking at the time of application. However, it's advisable to apply closer to your travel date to avoid complications, as a visa may expire before your intended use if applied too early. For the last port of embarkation, you should provide the airport you're flying from or your connecting airport just before arrival in Thailand.

Why don’t you wait until you sell your home and once the paper for the Home are signed make your travel arrangements, and then apply for your E Visa. It only takes approximately two weeks to receive it. I can’t believe your schedule. Is that tight? Of course you’ve already submitted for your visa so if the timing doesn’t work out, you’ll simply lose the application fee for the first Visa.

Because I will have no place to live while I wait for the paperwork.

Really ?

You accept an offer, get paid, and turn over the keys in ONE day ??? Even in S. Florida it takes a month to close. NYC ? 3-4 months.

I'm in Illinois I've sold 3 homes. If the buyer is pre-approved it can go pretty quickly. My last place we closed 9 days after I accepted the bid

well it's a 90 day non-O. So you've got to "say" you're leaving within 90 days.
