Hi guys the intended date of arrival and departure i put like 100 days is that okay? Should be under 180 days .
And about renting i planning for 1 year condo rent but i have to check the place before i sign agreement
So is it okay to fill 30 days as accommodation just hotel ? Or i should book entire 100 days in hotel ?
In 30 days i will find a condo by visiting it physically and then i lease it for a 1 year

TLDR : Answer Summary
The conversation revolves around the requirements for booking accommodations while applying for a visa to Thailand. The original poster is considering a 100-day stay in Thailand, starting with a 30-day hotel booking while looking for a one-year condo rental. Various commenters provide insights, suggesting that a 30-day hotel reservation is acceptable as long as the application is submitted in certain regions, with some embassy-specific regulations affecting the booking process. Additionally, it's highlighted that actual booking confirmations may not be required by all embassies.
I booked a condo with booking dot com which was free to cancel. I used this booking for my application but cancelled as soon as my application was pending approval
Which embassy are you applying from? There are no minimum days unless you apply in Malaysia you need to book 6mths accommodation. I put down a stay of 80 days and round 2 week accommodation booking. Are they asking for a booking confirmation or just dates?
Yes embassies have different rules. Some want to see an actual booking others just the date is fine. Ask them and check the threads if anyone else has applied there
