Can I use screenshots of my bank account for the DTV visa application instead of the latest official statement?

Hey everyone!

I had a quick question about the DTV visa application process. My bank only issues official statements around the middle of each month. Since I plan to apply in early November, I won’t be able to include the official October statement by then.

Would it be okay if I attach screenshots of my account instead to show the balance? I just don’t want to risk wasting the application fee if that could be a problem.

If anyone has applied in HCM 🇻🇳 and faced a similar situation, I’d really appreciate your advice.

Thank you!

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is inquiring about the DTV visa application process specifically regarding bank statements. They need to apply in early November but won't have the official October statement from their bank in time, leading them to consider using account screenshots instead. Community members suggest uploading older statements and advising to include a note or contact the embassy for clarification.

Call HCMC embassy and ask them if you can. By default, I would upload the 3 latest official ones + add a screenshot of the upcoming statement (to make 4 months).
