I know, that the borders are closed now. I just couldn't find any information about what to do (border run or emigration). You have explained that very well, thank you. As to the rest of it, I have found a lot of useful information here since I joined the group but I have also learned that there is a very big difference to the information and "requirements" from embassy to embassy and from different emigration offices throughout Thailand which sometimes makes our life somewhat difficult. ππ
The first part is exactly my question. On a normal multiple-entry, I will have to do a border run every two months and, as you explained, on a multiple-entry based on marriage, I will have to do it every three months and on top of that, a lot of paperwork to prove my marriage and verify income/savings, etc. which I don't on a multiple tourist visa (done this for the past 8 years). Anyway, I do thank you for the information and will go with my wife to the embassy to see what they say. I don't think the are very busy at the moment π€βΊοΈ
Thank you for your answer. :-) I do have Covid attest and I get a new one on the day of our flight. According to The Thai Embassy in Copenhagen, I can apply for a multi-entry visa based on marriage.
I just got my flight from Udon cancelled yesterday and I expect my flight out on Aprik 22nd, will also be cancelled. According to several news, many will start flying again from May 1st....
