Your words were getting scammed; aren't the Thai women getting scammed at the same time? I have absolutely no problem with western guys getting "scammed" - if scam and procure come up, then I hope they're taken to the cleaners; it simply implies buying people. It is simply exploitation.

I'm happy for your good marriage, and I know of many good, Thai/western marriages; but every guy who comes to Thailand to find a wife/girlfriend that is not a partner, deserves everything they get.

When you go to other countries to, as someone upthread noted, to procure a woman, I hope you get burned every time. You are exploiting them and get pissed when they're not subservient. Then you can call them parasites; without acknowledging that it is you exploiting them. Western men mentality is so transparent.
