yes unfortunately you do. Muang Thai life. My step mum and sister who are Thai told me to go with them when I moved the family here. I had read a lot about insurances not paying out or you having to pay then claming back. I’m from uk we don’t have to have private health care, so I had zero experience and listened to them, so glad I did but I was still waiting for them to expect me to pay , right up until she was discharged 🤣All I had to do was pay 250baht for her medication. This was literally the past weekend
My daughter has just spent time in hospital MTL we’re fantastic and authorised the claim straight away. I was dreading it as heard some terrible stories about some insurances but they liaised with the hospital and there agents were so helpful.
