I'd be careful saying that's quite a normal situation with a softer entrance right after the rules update. There is no experience with new stamps yet, so the border staff could be more welcoming at the start.

It was almost the same after COVID stamps were lifted, it was almost the same when visa exemption stamps were extended from 30 to 60 days for some countries a few months ago.

So... I'd say we can't be really sure that it means "unlimited stamps", especially on land the border immigration points. For now, it looks like that. But the previous experience guides us to something different.
