haha sorry for the confusion. I already purchased my roundtrip ticket with Cathay Pacific from JFK to Bkk and BKK to JFK. I have not gotten a visa yet nor have I purchased a ticket to leave Thailand before my 30 days are up while I am in Thailand. Again, sorry for the confusion guys.

Yes, I already have purchased it . So, it seems that my major obstacle will be the the check in agent in NYC and it should be smooth sailing with Thai immigration in Bangkok.

ah ok ok. I guess i should try to call the airline but then it depends on whoever i get at the check in counter. Just checked the consulate and they are charging 200usd for a 60 day multiple entry tourist visa. So, I definitely want to avoid that .
