thank you for the answers! To clarify, according to what being said, so without applying STV, traveller with visa exemption can actually apply for a 30 days extension, by providing the doc above, after I have entered Thailand and go to the immigration office nearby.

Am I correct to say this? Sorry had been reading too many info these days and confusing myself 😅
