Oh I forgot to mention he already has an employment letter since March before he left to get a new visa, he only got the NON-O cos he couldn't wait for the TT3. One more thing, I heard the 60 days extension means you must leave on expiration, happened to me in Pattaya Immigration office before in 2013.
Thanks Tod, just want to know one thing, he's got an employment and company ready to issue him WP for a year upon arrival. Can he get an extension based on the WP instead of Thai family as you already know that there is a required amount to be deposited in the bank for 2 months but he doesn't have that. Basically, can the visa be converted to NON-B?
Thanks Tod, just did the cancellation 3 days ago and will head to the immigration office after tomorrow as there's an holiday on 1st. Another thing is I got employed by another company and just wanted to know if it will be possible to get a new WP without leaving the Kingdom?
