Unfortunately TransferWise use Bangkok Bank to clear all of their transfers into Thailand so Kasikorn bank statements will not register the payments as international. You or Kasikorn Bank will have to get confirmation from Bangkok Bank that the money has been transferred from abroad. We had a similar situation and found Bangkok Bank in Hua Hin were helpful.
