so at the airport immigration they could ask me about the form or do they just check if I got the e-visa papers?

so as I understood, the fine will be given to the landlord right? But the missing days between the last TM30 and the new one (around 10 days delay) can be a problem if I have to go to immigration and get my new stamp? Can they ask me where I was in those days?
