Vladimir i dont understand why you need a Thai consulate. If you are going for up to sixty days theres need for you to do anything, it will be dealt with on arrival free 60 day visa

If they pick you up on that at departures id be surprised, if so small fine. If j remember its a few hundred a day, nothjng to worry about. Its when you start over staying by months they get banned etc
