Yea that's what I talk about. I know there might such a letter. But people tell that Us citizens are not going to get such a letter. Unless there are reasonable circumstances.

The Visa on arrival has been extended already once in BKK. We had no return flight. The plan was to do the Visa run and stay for another month which now obviously is not possible any longer.
