I've been married to a Thai lady for nearly nineteen years and I'm over 50 and we live in Chiang Rai and in a few months time I need to extend my O visa for a year for a second time, whereby last year the 65,000 baht figure was applicable so I'd assumed this was still the case. (?)

I was under the impression that the monthly income minimum amount is 65,000 baht so has this now been reduced to 40,000 baht?
