Is there an exchange booth at Suvarnabhumi Airport before immigration control?

There are a few booths for Foreign exchange along the way to the Immigration Zones 1 and 2. Zone one is for people with Visa and Zone 2 is for people who are trying to apply for Visa-On-Arrival (VOA). VOA is only for eligible countries only, not for all countries (do research and see which countries are eligible for VOA).
