I just experienced the same.

For me, I cancelled my ED visa at Samut Prakarn and they suggested me to go to Cheang Wattana (as I am currently living in Bangkok address) with full documents including TM30 and letter from embassy. At CW, I got under consideration stamp up to 25th Feb saying it's not covid extension.😅
