maybe try the 30 days - extension with a letter from the embassy . You have to have a valid reason of not going and request the letter from your embassy tho . You’ll be allowed 30 days if they grant you the letter

Maybe try this one . Get a letter from your embassy , explain them your situation and get a letter so the immigration can maybe grant you 30 days . That might help you to process your non-O visa .

At least from my experience , the Phuket immigration did my 90 days without asking for anything the last time I went there and I’m normally living in Samut Prakan .

You have to do it in the office downstairs, just bring the photocopies of the page needed in the passport , hand it to one officer and he comes back after 15mins with it done. (This was my experience 3 weeks ago by the way)
