TLDR : Answer Summary
A user recently attempted to extend their stay in Thailand on a Non-Imm O visa but was rejected at the Chiang Mai immigration office for both 60 and 30-day extensions. They were left with only a 7-day stamp to prepare for departure. Community members noted that the option for a COVID extension has ended, and the user is exploring alternatives related to family ties, given their marriage to a Thai citizen.
What is your NON O based on? Is it marriage or children? Go for the 60 day visiting family stamp. If other, then you would have to go for the year extension of stay, if you have the funds.
itโs under marriage visa, first I didnโt into year extension from the beginning until now situation has gone wrong everything is too late. I living in Chiangmai and Chiangmai immigration request my marriage certificate verification from my embassy. But the location only in bkk ๐คฆ๐ปโโ๏ธ

you're out of luck. There is no covid extension for any non-immigrant visa holders period. That ended on Jan 25th when the old covid program ran out. The new program that started on the 26th specifically stated you couldn't get a 60 day covid extension from any non-immigrant type visa or extension
all you can get is a 7 day stamp and leave thailand in a week.
(y) contact your embassy and see if they will issue a letter if they do you can get a 30 day extension based on embassy request, if they don't your option is take the 7 day stamp and get out in a week ๐
maybe try the 30 days - extension with a letter from the embassy . You have to have a valid reason of not going and request the letter from your embassy tho . Youโll be allowed 30 days if they grant you the letter
