Good morning. We are in phuket for the past few months, we normally reside in Bangkok. I forgot to do the 90 days report online, and now cannot do it any longer as have only 4 days left before the due date (18 September ) and the system doesn’t allow it. It’s 4 of us, two will come back next week the other 2 end of October. I don’t think mail is also an option. Any help? Can I do it in Phuket? Thanks

TLDR : Answer Summary
The user is seeking assistance after forgetting to file their 90-day report online while in Phuket. They have only four days remaining before the due date and the online system is unavailable for their filing. Community members discuss options, suggesting that it might be possible to file the report in-person at the Phuket immigration office. However, there are concerns about potential fines for late reporting and advice to consider filing in Bangkok upon their return.

You have 7days after the due date to submit 90days report at the immigration office without being fined. That means the 25th is the latest and right now Immigration offices in Bangkok are open on Saturdays. If two of you come back to Bangkok next week, maybe have a chance to go to MTT for a 90days report. Only one has to go for all of you. But the original passports are required to report at the immigration office, so not sure this is an option for you.

Or maybe at least two of you can report so that fine would be 4k total...

You might indeed be able to file a 90 day report in Phuket by showing that you stay there (via a TM30 receipt) BUT when you come back up here to bangkok they're going to give you grief about it when you file the next one. <- there's almost no way around that.

Had you been on top of it more you could have mailed it in (2 weeks ago) using your bangkok address as the return address.

I'd say don't even try to do it down there, if the online system won't work, just suck it up and when you come to bangkok go file and pay the 2000baht fine. It's certainly not the end of the world

online didn’t work, said to contact the immigration office, I agree about the 2k but we are 4, so it’s 8k.

swing by the phuket immigration office and ask if you can do it. All they can say is no.

you can use the online system from 2 weeks before the due date right down to the actual due date (they changed that back on march 20, 2020)

Yes, you can.

At least from my experience , the Phuket immigration did my 90 days without asking for anything the last time I went there and I’m normally living in Samut Prakan .

You have to do it in the office downstairs, just bring the photocopies of the page needed in the passport , hand it to one officer and he comes back after 15mins with it done. (This was my experience 3 weeks ago by the way)

I'm assuming you mean September 18th, right?

>Can I do it in Phuket?

I don't think you can, but you can try. The worse that would happen is that you'll be fined 2K THB each for not filing a 90 day report on time.
