Ok. Technically I'm just reading text TM6 slip which states that "if alien stays in kingdom more than 90 days he/she must notify immigration". I mean no matter why but soon it will be 90 days for me.

It was not visa extemp. I was going to receive 2nd tourist visa in a row. But they declined my application. So I had to enter Thailand with 30 days stamp which is standard for Russian passport holders according to some international agreement between Thai and Russian government. Technically it's not even a 30-day VISA.
