How can I receive online banking codes when in Thailand but using my Australian or Turkish phone numbers?

In history when my bank was not developed enough I used a token that generates code, nowdays banks app receives codes as long as you are on line. If your issues are more ancient, think I use to leave my sim with my bro in same country, but this was like 20+ years ago 🤣🤣🤣
