First time for everything. Got in touch with the uni and they they admitted clerical error caused many of their degree certificates to have middle names omitted. Putting it right at no charge.

The problem is that the name on her degree cert missed out her middle name. The British embassy has stated in the letter they gave that the certificate was presented by the passport holder but did not verify they are the same person! Have applied to the uni to reissue the degree. Hoping that will fix it?
