If I want to avoid going to immigration can I simply. Get my termination letter dated in the future then go to the labour department to get my work permit cancelled 1 or 2 days before my actual termination date. Then I can simply fly out a day or 2 later on my official termination day?

For example saying my termination date is Nov 14th. Going to labour department on 12th then flying out on 14th without visiting immigration for 7 day extension.
