What travel insurance should I get for my stay in Thailand when I plan to extend my visa?

I tried to get Axa yesterday, but because I have asthma, the online aplication said I can’t get it. Sent pm them via Facebook and they kindly replied and it’s probably going to be ok. Waiting their department to contact me. If I got it right, they just wont cover anything to do with my asthma. Could it be the same issue with you?
