What Should I Do if I Have an 'Under Consideration' Stamp in My Passport from Thai Immigration?

Hey Tod & others, I’m on Koh Tao so I got the full 28 days in one go, however I was only stamped as ‘under consideration’ too. We had a mobile unit set up here because we’re unable to travel to Samui or the mainland to visit immigration in person.

I’m really unclear if I’ll be included under the new, as yet not enacted in law, visa amnesty.

I’m going to call immigration to check, however I just wanted to share my visa situation with others as it may affect you too.
