How long does it take to get a family visa from France for Thailand, and what are the associated costs?

I started by myself, then once accepted paid for my wife and 2 kids.

I wouldn’t take the risk that they don’t have the same visa as us.. and be blocked at arrival..

We start with a 3 months trip next month, they could be not accepted with tourist visa.
