If I am coming off a Non -imm work permit visa at the end of April, will I be able to apply for a covid extenstion ? side note I do have a plane ticket to go back home in June

I have a flight to the USA but for April 24th all my money has been tied up with the all the traveling and booking I plan to do for the next few weeks and airlines hasn’t issued any refunds. The money that my agent owes me is over 50k baht
