Thanks, Tod. We will at least get a METV in late September! Would prefer to not bind up too much money until I'm qualified for pension, since we need 2x the amount in the bank...but OA will certainly be the next step. We're going to run our summer business back home for years, so we won't move to Thailand for some years, just love the country, warm weather & the people. Have lots of Thai friends here..
